Daily Digest email from Poofy-doof?

Not to stir the poo..but..

Did anyone else get this? I just got it out of nowhere. And guess what? The link to unsubscribe is dead. How convenient.

I let the admin know that sending emails though a list with no way for the recipient to unsubscribe is a clear violation of the CAN-SPAM act though.

Now to head over the FTC website to report it!

I did and had the same problem. The non-working unsubscribe link wasn't the only violation of can-SPAM compliance either.

i clicked unsubscribe and got another ****ing copy! what's the link i need to go to to report his ass

You can forward it to SPAM@UCE.GOV

Surprised to have gotten one of these out of the blue as well. Haven't been over there in a few years, and haven't gotten anything from them in about the same amount of time. I'll just delete it, easy enough.

I had 3 of them in my email, but the unsubscribe link did work.

I did the forward routine plus marked as spam in my email reader. Will be interesting to see if these actions get me banned. Don't much care either way.

Got another after unsubscribing also but then I realized my fault. I unsubscribed the email that it got bounced to. Just unsubscribed the original address, hope I don't start getting them on both address's....
