I hit phase 1.5 today!

I don't know if I screwed up or not....I got rubbermaid "Take Alongs" today instead of actual Tupperware and I know they hold in liquid but I question the air tight(ness)?
I figure this must be phase 1.5 on the Sevans105 " Illustrated guide to the slippery slope" not quite to the coolidor and cant really afford the wineador yet so this is it....

Looks like a train wreck in here but it's what I have to work with.
