I was thinking about this, Scott. It looks like a textbook example of when friend/someone close steals. They had something specific in mind, knew where to find it, knew how to avoid detection, and knew when to strike. They also only took cigars. Not anything else. I'm also guessing nothing else appears broken/damaged. If it were a random grab, they would not have spent time with grabbing specific cigars. They would've grabbed as much as they could, and probably reached for bundles to maximize the amount of property stolen. The door to the humi would've probably been wide open too.

To me it looks like someone close took advantage of you.

Sucks, as I've had that happen to me. Not with cigars, but other property. I did catch the guilty party. I was riding in a car with him, he had to slam on the brakes for some reason, and my property slid out from under the passenger seat, and hit the back of my feet. I did not get physical with him, but the loss of my respect towards him was punishment enough. He has avoided me ever since, and that was about 10 years ago.

Got a lead....Dani's sister has a psychotic ex boyfriend. He apparently was just bragging to a mutual friend about all the sweet cigars he just got......including a bunch of cubans.

Not a member but when dani's sister was dating him I had made an effort to get to know him and had him to the club several times. He always expressed a lot of interest in my cuban collection. In talking with Jeff, one of my partners, apperantly, he had left out unlocked several days that week so the people renting it could set up, ect. Would have been very easy for J to come in and lighten my load. He had been there in the past, he knew what he was looking for and he's an @$$hole. Not gonna do anything until I have more confirmation than pure rumor/friend of a friend stuff, but I think this is a fairly solid lead.

Seattle its not really hard to find people to scrap with.
