Gentlemen, you may smoke!
|
If you wanna go super cheap, check out Cuban Delights. CI has them for like 80 cents a stick. A buddy of mine got me hooked on them when I was unemployed, it's a 80 cent cigar that smokes like the standard issue 2-3 dollar cigars. Great value.

The robusto and Corona sizes are less than $4 each. Made by Garcia Family.

Have My Own Room

One brand that the Asylum always seems to leave out is Puros Indios/Reyes Family Cigars. They have some really excellent lines including Viejo and their newest, the Puros Indios 2012. On CBid you can get these smokes for $1.00-1.50 each and you would be hard pressed to find a better value. I don't really even consider these cheap smokes due to the quality of the cigar and excellent taste.

Still Watching My Ash

I have done the same thing. Smoking two or three $8-12 cigars a day is getting costly.
I recently caught deals on: Padilla La Terreza (maduro & naturals) for $17.50 10pk Gurkha Spec Ops for $25 10pk The Cigar.com Brazillian lables aren't that bad either for a few bucks each. |

Ditto that. Pretty respectable sticks for the price.

I've found with cheaper sticks, the longer you age them the better they get
try and put some bundle sticks like Gran Habano GH2 or LFD Cameroon 2nd's down for 6 to 12 months and try them again! Hell even La Estrella Cubana taste like chocolate milk after a year according to a friend of mine. I was able to get through 2/3's of the cigar before I had to put it out. For cheap cigars ready to smoke try Joya De Nicaragua Fuerte Serie B Jesus Fuego Origens Originals (12-15 a 5pak), Famous Nicaraguan 5000's My brother likes the Indian Tabac Super Fuerte Maduro's I've also smoked some Padilla Fuma Naturals that were pretty good. |
