An experimental hefeweizen from my local brewery Sudwerk. It was brewed with 5% grapefruit and lemon juice - really freaking good. Nothing at all like adding citrus to a hefe after it's poured.

It's funny, even though Russian River brewery is local, Pliny is actually hard to get a hold of where I live because it's so popular that whenever any of the stores here get any, it sells out in a few days, then we have to wait months for them to brew more. Cappuccino I made with my new moka pot.
I was looking up milk frothers online and came across an article that recommended using a french press if you have one as it is the same thing basically. You just warm up the milk in the microwave, pour it in the french press, and pound the living daylights out of it for a few seconds lol. Spectacular results! Cheap set up and supplies and it tastes like a coffee shop cappuccino. ![]() |
