This recipe is for something that has a Indian/African bit of flavor to it. Not sure which as it's something you'd never find in an "American" restaurant.

At any rate, the combination of the veggies, spices, sausage, and biscuits makes for a fantastic meal. Just revisiting this thread makes me want to make another batch!
