Rice Ground beef Cream of brocolli (sp?) Make the rice and put in a casserole dish. Brown the ground beef and season to taste. Layer of cheese. ( i recommend cheddar and some parm mixed in) Layer Cream of brocolli over rice top it with beef and throw in oven until warm.
