This isn't the first time cbid has sent me wrong sizes. Normally I wouldn't care but lately I'm into 50rg and lower. I was a bit disappointed when I received larger sizes. Should I say something or is this normal practice?

I would say something. The decription states that you are bidding on a specific vitola, why should they send you another? I have always received the sizes depicted in the description.
