I would agree on a 2010 CA pipe as long as we keep the work here in the USA (Boswell's come to mind), and would like to throw in the following idea:

A slightly bend Billiard, 6" length and bowl height around 2.25". Possibly the bowl could be 1/3 rusticated on the sides (for those who enjoy rustication)...

This Tanblast was done by Mark Tinsky for me a few months ago. A shade over 6 inches long, 2 inches tall, 1-1/2 inch dia with Amber stem. $185.00,
shipped. Enough of them and you may be able to get them 15 or 20 dollars cheaper.

I really like that shape but not so much the Tanblast finish. Maybe something in a partially rusticated deep coral? That being said, though, I don't know if I could afford to do one this year, so my opinion shouldn't affect what everyone does.
