Great customer service, great product, great prices. If anything goes wrong, they will fix it. Period. Can't argue with that. Oh, and when you order a humi, just upgrade to a digital hygro when you order it, and pick up some beads. Wish I had done that, woulda saved myself a lot of hassle.
