I've used an Xikar for many years, I have no complaints thus far! Their customer service is second to none. But, with that being said, I have also used a Palio and think it has a phenomenal cut. Maybe one day I'll buy one but for now I'm a Xikar man. I guess this will continue to be an ongoing hot topic for cigar hobbyist IMHO.
