Just a thought Shawn. Do the script in black and outline the figures in fine line black also. I like Scott's thoughts on letting the tat artist having some input as well.
Size wise, your artist should be able to work that on your arm, but it would also be a cool back piece as well. Just my

I am ok with black script and a thing black outline......... I really want the color to be solid and vibrant.
