The top shelves were an afterthought as I mentioned earlier.
Scott doesn't have a whole lot of cigars, so we joked about using the top shelf and the two upper shelves to create an alter.
Maybe a couple candles, a chicken foot and a Jobu doll would work.



The shelves aren't as thick as they appear. They're the slats we made earlier but I use a thin piece of oak across the front to stiffen the shelves from sagging. It gave them a really nice appearance.
I think vino's look far nicer when they aren't jammed full to the gills, especially when they're dressed up with drawers. They look like a piece of furniture instead of a box full of cigars.
