Yeh, companies try to get around the taxes so everyone now gets screwed. Not saying I agree with the taxes, especially that large of an increase . I also understand the view point of the companies, they are just trying to make money. No one wins in these situations except the people who want to ban tobacco.

When they made clove cigars illegal, what did they do? They made them twice the size, changed the paper and now they call them "small cigars". They are not small cigars, they are just larger cigarettes, give me a break.

Here in California, we get commercials for a tobacco free CA, I just wonder what our streets and schools would look like without the tobacco tax.
