I was thinking the same thing about the guns, two weapons each would have different markings on the bullets. Gemma's mistake was touching Stahl's gun when she tossed it to her. Prints on both guns. Except prints would have shown she did not grip the handle or put a finger on the trigger.
I wonder if they are going to try and portray a similar relationship between Tara and Hale, like Unser and Gemma?
