. Just please make SURE you eat something when you take the Chantix, I didn't a few times and it made me sick as a dog.

Good luck Dave. Just a word of caution, I've used a fair bit of Champix with my patients. It can depress your mood. If it does, you might have to try something else.

And make sure it has fiber! Heard this stuff can really back you up in the #2 department

23 years cigarette free, after a 2-3 pack a day habit. The "want-to" is the most important part. If that's there, it's really much simpler than most make it out to be.

I have had 2 hits since that time, and it's not something that I'll ever return to. Pure tobacco for me now, not all that chemically enhanced crap.
