Well its not that I did not enjoy the smoke, I did. Its just I was wondering why it was tasting semi-harsh. Are either one of those smokes harsh? ( CAO mx-2 and AF Gran Reserva)

I don't find either of those sticks to be "harsh". Like many things in life, taste is subjective and each cigar has it's own characteristics. Is it "harsh" from start to finish, or, does it become harsh while smoking?
Have you tried to purge your cigar periodically while smoking? Depending on how often you take a draw the tobacco can heat up and in turn cause a harsh or bitter flavor. Give it a shot, I purge often.
