I think outsiders would be surprised at how conservative faculty are in colleges of agriculture, where many were raised on farms or in small towns, compared to the liberal arts "I teach poetry" types.

I type on a laptop all the time, sometimes in different places around the globe/country. Sometimes when my laptop dies I have to type on my blackberry so I dont forget how to type.
