I don't do this nearly enough. Rock on Al. I am gonna thank the next soldier I see for sure.


I remember everyone in first class looking at me one time when I asked the Captain if he would put the soldier I saw get on board in the empty seat next to me. Then even more so when I 'bought' the young private his first drink. Some lady behind me mumbled something about underage and I turned around and told her, "This MAN is about to go over seas and put his life on the line so that you can make dumb statements like that and so that I can tell you to shut the hell up."
