For Dafu, this thread is for bourbons we will be having for a tasting at Shack. Bourbon for cocktails will be great, but not sure if this is the place to post it. Are you putting this bourbon down for the tasting we have scheduled, or are you bringing that for everyone at Shack to sample?

I don't know why Dave put "for cocktails". I drink this rye neat. Bring it Dave, if no one else drinks it, it won't go to waste

Is there going to be a seperat table/area set up for the bourbons?

Space will be at a premium with over 100 BOTL and SOTL, so I am thinking y'all will just need to wing it, Marc.

Since Sazerac is not technically a Bourbon but a Kentucky straight Rye whiskey I picked up a bottle of Russells Reserve for the tasting.
Maybe we could reserve a Bourbon table under the tent for the Bourbon tasters...........................
