Fiber One and work

Now the bars don't really have that effect on me but the cereal . My God , Damn the torpedoes ! The cereal makes me phart so much that my balloon not gets sore from all the flapping and vibrating . Couldn't finish the box and when I mentioned it to my father in-law he just shook his head back and forth saying "man oh man" pointing with his thumb sideways at my mother in-law .
