Cello, Off or on?

If I'm gonna smoke them shortly after storing them, I take the cello off. If I plan to smoke them a longway down the road, I leave it on.
I like my smokes fresher than most, just out of their sick period.

I like to cut off half of the cello with a razor blade so that they are half on and half off
