Hey to all that responded thanks, I already feel better. After a PAINTFUL heaving, a nap and yes some flat "sprite"! I feel almost normal. I think afterall I didnt have the bug they did... I think i just ate something that didnt agree with me. Anyway I'll start moving around and see if i start feeling noxious. Im going to take a test walk around the park behind my house and if that goes well... I might go try to improve my 150 at monday night bowling!!! hahahah. That might be not such a good idea. Anyway, thanks and God bless to all you and your families.
