That's a hand font verging on script. What is unique is that the "r" is cursive but the "s" is not. Searching fonts is really just a stare and compare deal - when I'm sitting around I will do a few searches for you and see if I can come up with anything.

That's what was throwing me off two. I would find something that would match the R but not the S or vice versa but never both. It seemed like a pretty unique font, thought it was worth a shot to see if anyone recognized it.
