Its a big change, make the best of it....When I did it breifly I found I could have the whole house cleaned, supper lined up (almost on "autopilot") and was free to do whatever by 8:00AM. Just make sure to keep yourself busy. My problem was that I could not think of anything to do after 10:00AM
