The only difference I can tell is the texture of the handle and the metal the blade is made of

I keep an old hand me down Uncle Henry in my drawer at work. And I've been meaning to pick up a Spyderco Cricket Stainless Steel Pocket Knife, Model C29P.

Federal Buildings can be a pita when it comes to carrying knives.

Spyderco fan here, but I don't carry it. That reminds me, I need to find a good sharpener...

Looks like the diff is ATS34 or 154CM..
BOTH are great user steels...
I have a Nimravus for a bunch of years and it is a sweet knife.
I forget which steel I have...Cause both steels are in my acceptable category.

I think you will like the second one better. The Almuinum handle adds extra weight and gets slippery when wet. Just personal experience speaking. If this will eb a safe queen get the aluminum if it will be a workhorse, save you self some heart break and get the G10, zytel, FRN, whatever plastic handle.

I have only heard good tings about the Aegis. The arc lock is cool too. If you are wondering if you should get one I say yes. IMO they are better then the Flash series.

I have EDC'd this one for a looong time.

It now has a place of honor in my safe.

My new EDC is a Benchmade Auto mini-Rukus, like this one.

I wanted to get one of those but they were just too expensive. I got my other benchmade I ordered a few weeks ago and to tell the truth I feel I got ripped off cause the sheath and handle style is different but the knife is so damn sharp
