After spending the last 5 games trying not to make the playoffs, the Jets downed the Avs tonight. The arena was hopping, although most of the goals were on the other side of the ice from my seats.
The Sheifele-Perault-Trouba goal in the third was a thing of beauty though. Give credit to Patrick Roy for never giving up - he ran an empty net for nearly 5 minutes. Gutsy!
