Here I am 6 months later and the new pot that they sent is on the fritz.
I absolutely love this coffee pot, and thus far their service has been top notch, but having to constantly resolve issues with this brewer is growing tiresome. Reached out to Bemohr, and received some diagnostic steps to try and resolve the issue myself. If I can't get this resolved it might be time to switch and try a Technivorm.
