Default eBay Hacked
eBay announced this morning that it has been hacked and is urging users to change their passwords.

If you use eBay check your account. Change your password. If you keep a credit card on file with eBay monitor the activity closely.

Re: credit card, I remember them saying that CC data was stored on a different, also-encrypted server that was not hacked.

Went to change it and saw the message on eBay that they had been compromised. Nice of them to send out e-mails to their customers warning them of this.

Just got my E-bay email today! Good thing other sources were more on the ball- altho the breech occurred in Feb/March- so plenty of time has already passed!
