My wife doesn't miss my cigarette smoking every 45 minutes so she welcomes the change to cigars 15 months ago.
She may ask "did you have your cigar yet today ? " I know that means she'd like to sit on the porch for a while with me. Sometimes I'll let her
She'll say "that one smells nice" . But I just can't get her to smoke one ! Maybe some day !
