Almost all of the 15 count cigar caddies have multiple layers of foam. Just purchase any one of them and throw out all but the bottom and top layer and you should be good to go for some mild bumps and bangs. You don't really even need the foam if you know the caddy will be in good hands. You can easy fit double to three times the advertised amounts sometimes if you discard all the foam inside.
