FOB Joyce anyone

I cannot speak for FOB Joyce, but if you are through Kandahar, the Kandahar Koughers meet in the boardwalk on Fridays although there is usually someone there almost any day. In Bagram, we have the Tali-banned Cigar Afficianado Club that meets behind the Tillman USO on Wednesday nights at 2000 and at the Warrior Billeting office on Saturday nights at 2000. Also if you do come through Bagram, drop me a line, we have an outdoor lounge behind my office that we have coffee daily at 0900 and afternoon smokes at 1600.
