How about lower half of a cowboy face smoking a cigar, black hat pulled down low, red Texas Tech double "T" on the hat, with crossed .40 cals in the background, smoke out of the barrels? Too busy?

Maybe something like the Dallas Vigilantes logo with the Double T, cigar in the mouth.
