The owner I'm sure is going to have a very hard time dealing with this. My dog has his food/water and a bed in my garage. And I live in a rural area, so he's never tied up. Way happier animal than some of the caged dogs I've seen living in city limits. __________________ The problem is not the problem. The problem is your ATTITUDE about the problem.
