I think it matters where you are on the slope to consider it cheaper

. Commercial 1kg roaster in the garage, 4 burr grinders, espresso machine soon to be upgraded to a commercial machine, many different brew machines, 235lbs of greens stored in the basement, and I still need a moisture meter, finish my data logger for the roaster, and wouldn't mind a refractometer to zero in on the perfect extractions.
