Yeah I've heard nothing but great things about it. Looks like only 450 bottles will be released at the cafe, so I will most likely never get a bottle. I may have to trade for one later.

Hopefully SN starts to branch out more in terms of style. Saisons, sours, barrel aged ales, and imperial stouts would be good.

Why not? Asheville is "Beer City USA" 3 years running.

Is it the hop profile? I know a few people who don't like most of SN beers because of the hops they use.

Can't really put my finger on it. Everything I have had from SN is just, meh, to me. Not bad but not something I will go back for.
