Umm, that's how beads are supposed to react. As the Rh in the humidor drops, the beads release humidity to keep things stable. Over time the amount of dry beads increases and eventually you will need to recharge. If this didnt happen, you'd have nice crispy sticks and nice 65% beads, good for the beads, bad for the cigars.
