Different blends should have different tasting notes. Try two dramatically different blends like a strong Nicaraguan and a mild Dominican. If they taste the same then it is more likely your palate than the cigars. Take a break for a week or two and see if things have changed. Also, note if you have changed anything lately. Like a new medication, different toothpaste, etc.
