Yeah, I might order a couple anyways and give it a try. The worst that can happen is I put them away and use them when I get home.

Adam here is what has worked for me. Cedar strips. Light the strips and then light the cigar with the strips. When you place an order for cigars just ask them to include some of the cedar sheets for packaging. Hate to see you ruin a good lighter with the butane you find over there. If not the PX has Bic lighters and they still get the job done.

Yeah, I have a ton of matches that I have been using. I never thought about asking for some cedar, that is a great idea.
