Devanmc's Case build

I figured I'd keep a thread to update with pictures for Devan on his case build. This was supposed to be a gift for him, but he decided to fill it up when he sent it to me and floored me with his generosity.

I plan to have this done and back to him in time for the shack herf....I HOPE!!

Anyway, since I know you're looking forward to it Devan, here's the first pic for you.

Initial fitting of lower case spanish cedar lining. 3/8" stock, milled to fit under the case lip, and relieved for the latches:
