very lucky! I had those speeds when i was in school. wish i still did that is for sure! most Universities have strict networking rules though, they really punish those pesky file-sharers

Yup. I am on the pro-plus plan of theirs. Supposed to be 1.5mbps down and 256kbps up. I havent done the math to see how close i really am on the upload, but im prob not remotely close.

I need a copper phone line to allow people access into my building. Also, I hate time warner and don't have cable (or need it). Anyway, for what I do at home, 7mb is fine...
