They are still made in the same factory with the same tobacco and rollers. No, they havn't changed.

As for the merger affecting quality, that is anybody's guess. It may or may not happen.

I had one 4-5 weeks ago, it definitely wasn't bad for a CAO.

Probably a 09 or 10 smoke though.
