This is dinner that i made a few days ago. Dont Have exact measurements but the ingredients are:
Ground Beef( I used 2.5 pounds) Some Lawrys seasoned Salt Pepper Onions and Garlic for the Burger Patty I used 2 eggs and BACON! First i mix the Beef, onions, garlic, seasoned salt, pepper and eggs to make my burger. Then I weave a pack of bacon into a square shape. Then i put it on a sheet of foil then put the whole burger mixture on top of it and flatten it a bit. If you have extra bacon you can cut them up and put them in the center. Then you Roll it. ![]() ![]() I stick it in the oven @ 420 degrees until the bacon looks good then reduce the heat to 360 degrees until the center is cooked(i used a meat thermometer). And it came out like this: ![]() ![]() Hope you guys try it. Its really good! Its very good with barbecue sauce! mmmmm... ![]() |

I never thought of building it with the bacon wrap as the bottom layer, I always put the bacon wrap on last,
after the core has been rolled up and chilled, as if I was putting a sweater on a dog or something, making sure I have a show side and a "toothpicked-on side". And of course I cram all kinds of things into it that I shouldn't. ![]() |
