Well as many of you know, I had surgery 7 weeks ago on my knee (a patellar realignment and a lateral z lengthening) and today I saw the Doc again. He told me all is healing well and my x-rays look great and my range of motion is like none he has seen for this number of weeks after surgery. He told me this would be the last week I'd wear my knee immobilizer.

Well, I could not wait. I took it off and I'm back to limping along without it.

I'm happy.
