Well, to be fair to Mac's team (for a change), the D'backs handed a balk-off to the Dodgers just about a year ago, on 6/31/10, while this has been the Mets' first balk-off since 6/28/89.

Mets have runners on 1st and 2nd with nobody out in the bottom of the ninth...down 4-3 to the Angels... Beltran, Murphy, and Pagan strike out. WTF!!! Are you really sh*tting me that one of these guys can't move a runner???

I actually like Pelfrey, but he's suited for middle or bottom of rotation. If Santana was back and we had a second guy then I think he would be a solid 3-5 guy. Bay looks like he might be starting to come around.
