Jon...not a clue. Each "batch" has a bottle and a half (750ml) of Everclear and six-eight shots of Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka...with 3 gallons of juice/cider. I do know that it takes three pints to give me a buzz...and it tastes exactly like a slice of Apple Pie.

I have a jug of stuff like that, although it is made with real moonshine, fresh cider and cinnimon. Delicious stuff, thanks Josh

How long to let sit? In a cool place? Fridge? How long will it keep? Never made anything like this before.
