Thanksgving eats

Happy Thanksgiving!!

We decided to go low-key this year and not do nothing too fancy.
I smoked a Turkey breast with a custom made injection. Smoked with applewood for 3+hours. Turned out nice n juicy.

Then had sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, loaded mashed potatoes, corn. For dessert we had southern pecan pie.

We smoked a whole bird ... big dark meat fan. Yours looks delicious. Enjoy!

Can we get a pic of the smoke ring brother or is it to late? What wood chips did you use? Looks great.
