Any Good Spam Emails Lately ?

I don't open them anymore but since I have "preview" set, I get to see some that I am still intrigued by the lunacy and balls to think I will fall for it. Obviously, some people out there do or they wouldn't sent them.
Here is an example of one I just got minutes ago.
