Wife and I have loved something about all of them. Favorite would have to be TNG though.
My favorite character would have to be 7of 9  Wife's favorite Will Riker ( She made me put this here.  )  As far as DS9 only staying on the station, one of the best episodes of all of the series was when the Jem'hadar had several DS9 crew members imprisoned and were trying to break Worf's will and spirit in fighting matches.
