That was what I thought as well. Also, I don't think that your box was signed by Pepin. It looks more like somebody at the shop wrote that. And as for spreading himself thin, to me that would imply that putting out a bunch of crap with quality being affected. I haven't seen that. As Greg said, he has the capacity and means to do it, why not do it. I can see comparing Patel and Hansotia, but Pepin is in a completely different league than them IMHO.
